Can I upgrade/downgrade anytime?

Whether you want to unlock more features with our Pro Plan or switch back to our Free Plan, you have the freedom to make changes whenever you like. Can I change my branding after I've set it up?  

Yes, you can. With BoothGallery, you have the flexibility to update your branding at any time. Whether you want to change your logo, color scheme, or background images, you can easily modify your branding settings to keep your galleries aligned with your evolving brand identity.

What happens to my galleries if I downgrade from the Pro Plan to the Free Plan?

If you decide to downgrade from the Pro Plan to the Free Plan, your existing galleries will remain intact. However, some Pro Plan features, such as custom domains and advanced display modes, will no longer be available to update in your galleries. You can always upgrade again to the Pro Plan to regain access to these features.

Is there a limit to the number of images or videos I can upload to my galleries?  

No, there are no limits on the number of images or videos you can upload to your BoothGallery galleries. Both our Free Plan and Pro Plan offer unlimited image and video gallery storage, allowing you to showcase your work without restrictions.
